Our organization employs more than 100 employees and we are looking for a professional to fill in the position in our human resources department:

HR Specialist

personnel administration and recruitment

Belgrade

You are/have:

• University degree (Law, Economy, Social studies)
• 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Fluent in English
• Working knowledge of MS office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
• Analytical, with good communication and organizational skills
• Capable of work under pressure and team work

Your job will be:

• To carry out personnel administration activities; preparing working contracts and related documentation, keeping the personnel data base
• To follow employment related issues and search and collect the necessary information
• To take care of HR related company acts and procedures
• To do recruitment and selection activities
• To prepare personnel data for compensation on monthly basis
• To prepare HR related reports in line with local regulations and requirements of shareholders
• To liaise with external suppliers on HR issues
