We are looking for a proactive, organized, and people-oriented HR Specialist to join our internal team!

Our company works with clients across the US and Europe, while our HR team supports a fast-paced and continuously growing business environment. A significant part of this role is focused on high-volume recruitment for call center positions, alongside employee relations, HR administration, and internal company projects. 

This position is ideal for someone who already has hands-on HR or recruitment experience, enjoys working with people, and can stay organized and adaptable in an environment where priorities and business needs may change quickly. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the full recruitment and selection process, from job posting to hiring 
  • Advertising open positions through relevant recruitment channels
  • Screening applications and actively sourcing candidates
  • Conducting interviews 
  • Maintaining timely and professional communication with candidates
  • Presenting job offers
  • Managing Onboarding process 
  • Coordinating closely with the Operations and Administration teams
  • Working closely with HR Management on employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions and terminations 
  • Following internal procedures and ensuring accurate employee and recruitment records
  • Participating in HR initiatives and company projects

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in recruitment, HR operations, or a similar HR role
  • University degree, preferably in Social Sciences (Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field)
  • Experience managing multiple vacancies or high-volume recruitment processes
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic and fast-changing environment
  • Confidence using different digital tools, platforms, and HR systems

Nice to have

  • Previous experience working with ATS platforms and recruitment sourcing tools
  • Knowledge of Serbian labor law and employment regulations
  • Experience supporting employee relations or HR administration processes
