HR Specialist

About the role

• We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented HR Specialist to support daily HR operations, with a particular focus on attendance management and employee administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment, onboarding, employee transfers, training, and offboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR system data.
• Prepare regular HR reports and provide relevant data when required.
• Respond to employees’ and managers’ HR-related inquiries.
• Manage employee attendance, including attendance data verification, leave and overtime records, discrepancy handling, and report preparation.
• Support employee relations, engagement activities, and other HR initiatives.
• Ensure HR practices comply with company policies and local labor regulations.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant HR experience.
• Experience in attendance management or HR administration is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and local labor regulations.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle confidential information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR systems.
• Fluent Serbian and good command of English.
