About the role
- We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented HR Specialist to support daily HR operations, with a particular focus on attendance management and employee administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment, onboarding, employee transfers, training, and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR system data.
- Prepare regular HR reports and provide relevant data when required.
- Respond to employees’ and managers’ HR-related inquiries.
- Manage employee attendance, including attendance data verification, leave and overtime records, discrepancy handling, and report preparation.
- Support employee relations, engagement activities, and other HR initiatives.
- Ensure HR practices comply with company policies and local labor regulations.
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant HR experience.
- Experience in attendance management or HR administration is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and local labor regulations.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR systems.
- Fluent Serbian and good command of English.
