  • Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with HR systems is an advantage.
  • Willingness to learn and gradually expand knowledge across different HR functions, including HR administration, employee relations, employment documentation, attendance management, and payroll-related activities.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or international working environment is an advantage.

Key Competencies

  • Proactivity and Initiative: Takes initiative, anticipates needs, and acts without waiting for every step to be assigned.
  • Ownership and Accountability: Takes responsibility for assigned tasks and ensures commitments are followed through.

  • Annual performance bonus.
  • Employee engagement initiatives, including birthday gifts and recognition awards for employee contributions and commitment.
  • The opportunity to contribute to a positive workplace culture as part of an international team.
