We are looking for an HR Specialist who will be a key person in providing administrative and operational support to the Management and Group HR, Local HR team and employees. Your role will be to ensure the efficient functioning of all HR processes, including keeping employee records, support during recruitment, orientation of new team members, as well as solving daily employee issues. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date data in HR systems, preparing reports and documentation, as well as communicating with employees and management regarding HR procedures and policies. The position serves as a link between employees, management and Group HR ensuring consistent implementation of HR standards and business objectives. Also, you will participate in the organization of training, monitoring annual vacations, sick days and other absences, as well as conducting employee satisfaction surveys. You are expected to have a high level of discretion, excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate has experience in HR administration, knows labor legislation and has excellent communication skills. Responsibilities
- Keeping and updating employee records
- Process of hiring and orientation of new employees
- Preparation of HR documentation and reports
- Communication with employees and management on HR issues
- Identify training needs together with department managers and coordinate development plans
- Participating in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitoring and administration of leave (vacation, sick leave)
- Support employes engagement initiatives and satisfaction surveys
- Ensuring compliance with labor legislation
- Support performance review and objective setting processes
- Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers
- Coordination implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures
Requirements
- University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Law or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks

- Knowledge of labor legislation

- High level of discretion and confidentiality
