HR Supervisor

SYMALLOR DOO Beograd is a consulting company working with international IT projects and providing support in HR, management and business operations.

We are looking for an experienced HR Supervisor to lead our HR Operations function and manage a team of 3–5 HR specialists.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the HR Operations team.
• Oversee HR administration, employee documentation and the full employee lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with Serbian labor legislation.
• Oversee HR processes for foreign employees, including work/residence permits and relocation.
• Coordinate with payroll, accounting, legal advisors and external providers.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and employee relations.
• Prepare HR reports and identify key HR risks.
• Improve HR policies, procedures and internal processes.

Requirements

• Experience in HR Operations / HR Administration.
• Experience in an international company with 500+ employees.
• Proven experience managing a team of 3–5 people.
• Good knowledge of Serbian labor legislation and HR compliance.
• Experience with foreign employees, immigration and relocation.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
