Human Resources and Payroll Specialist

We are looking for a position of Human Resources and Payroll Specialist

Job description:

• Participates in HR activities,
• Keeping personnel records,
• Participates in creating and implementing integrated HR processes in collaboration with the HR Manager,
• Ensures quality, accuracy, and prior verification of all documentation and data distributed to end-users/signatories, especially regarding budgets and costs,
• Preparation of employment contracts, annexes and other documentation for employees,
• Drafting of decisions, certificates, authorizations in the field of labor relations,
• Ensure payroll delivery in an accurate and timely manner every month in a fast-moving and complex environment,
• In collaboration with the payroll provider, secure that all relevant data for new and existing employees and payroll entries is recorded and processed in a timely manner,
• Manage internal payroll reports and payroll queries, including the calculation and raising of manual payments and ensuring all transactions are properly recorded,

Requirements and skills:

• At least 4 years of working experience with HR administration and Serbian Payroll
• Knowledge of payroll best practices and with a passion for delivering a great service experience
• Strong working knowledge of local regulations and policies related to payroll
• Fluent both in spoken and written Serbian and English
• Excellent time management, prioritisation and organisational skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships with both the internal and external stakeholders
• A positive and flexible attitude
