We are looking for a proactive, highly organized, and experienced Human Resources (HR) Specialist to support our growing international team. The ideal candidate will oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and compliance while helping us build a strong company culture and attract top talent.

Since our company works closely with international clients and English-speaking teams, Professional English communication skills are essential for this role. The successful candidate must be comfortable conducting interviews, preparing HR documentation, and communicating professionally in both written and spoken English.

Job responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a positive employee experience.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Prepare employment contracts, amendments, and other HR-related documents.
  • Support employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate performance reviews and employee development programs.
  • Address employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and workplace matters.
  • Track attendance, leave requests, and other HR metrics.
  • Support organizational development and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with management to identify hiring needs and staffing strategies.
  • Help maintain a professional, positive, and productive work environment.

Required qualifications

  • Experience working in international or multicultural environments.
  • HR certification is an advantage.
  • Experience in customer service, operations, or service-based industries.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Experience supporting both remote and on-site teams.
  • Experience recruiting English-speaking or international candidates.
