Balkan Innovative Technology (Bit) is a company dealing with operating and selling of slot machines in Serbia since 2004. Company operates at the complete territory and currently employs more than 80 people in over 15 locations. Head Office is based in Zemun. Due to business plans which include huge expansion both in terms of operating locations and number of employees, they are currently in the process of hiring appropriate candidate for the position:


HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

Type of engagement: full-time employment (including probation period)

Place of work: Head office in Belgrade with occasional trips in country and region


Job Description:

  • Creation and complete organization of recruitment process in Serbia
  • Logistic and technical support to SLOT Managers: creating, organizing and implementing training for specific positions, based on the company policy and needs
  • Evaluation of the employee structure and their activities at locations and suggesting future directions regarding employee development in order to achieve company goals.
  • Daily: organization and daily administration of Human Resources department in line with the local legislation and in cooperation with other departments in the company

Requirements:

  • College­ or University degree in HR/Social Sciences/Related studies
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (advantage: in recruitment and\or generalist)
  • Good command of English language (other language will be considered as an advantage)
  • Computer literacy (MS Office)
  • Clean driving license B category \ active driver
  • Non smoker (advantage)

  • Stress resistance and experience in work with dead lines
  • Team player
  • Interest in specific industry
  • Flexibility in work with different profiles
  • Willingness to travel in country and region
