For our IT team, we are looking for an
ICT Support

YOUR TASKS   

• Providing professional, customer-focused 1st- and 2nd-level IT support for employees across the Regent Group
• Analysis, troubleshooting, and handling of incidents and service requests via hotline, ticketing system, and on-site support
• Installation, configuration, and replacement of PCs, laptops, printers, and mobile devices, as well as support for general hardware issues (e.g., notebooks, desktops), software issues (e.g., Microsoft M365/O365 and other tools), and network issues (e.g., authentication, VPN, etc.).
• Escalation of more complex issues to 3rd-level support as well as collaboration within the international IT team (e.g. support during escalations or larger incidents) and with external service providers
• Administration and maintenance of Windows clients, user accounts, and group policies
• Monitoring of IT systems and proactive reporting of incidents to ensure IT system stability
• Documentation of IT processes and support cases
• Participation in IT projects, rollouts, and system optimizations

YOUR PROFILE   

• Experience in IT support / ICT support / helpdesk
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
• Basic knowledge of hardware support and general IT infrastructure
• At least a secondary school qualification (high school/technical school)
• Microsoft ecosystem (M365/O365) and computer hardware
• Experience in working in an international company (remote and onsite)
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience
• You have a good skill of written and spoken English, German is an advantage
