We are looking for an experienced and motivated Implementation and Product Specialist (Fintech Solutions) to join our team, supporting critical systems and driving the successful deployment of our financial software platform, obtaining excellent functional and technical knowledge of our fintech solution, presenting and implementing it, and providing support to existing users. 
Serving as a key link between clients, sales, internal development, and our vendor's team in Estonia, your main responsibilities will be to understand clients' business processes, conduct a deep-dive analysis of their needs, and translate them into clear functional and technical requirements while ensuring top-tier B2B delivery in compliance with strict international standards.

Responsibilities:

• Mastering the features, capabilities, and limitations of the fintech solution.
• Presenting and demonstrating the solution to potential and existing clients.
• Participating in presales activities and understanding potential clients' requirements.
• Planning and coordinating the implementation and onboarding of new clients.
• Gathering, analysing, and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Analysing business processes and identifying opportunities for optimisation and automation.
• Coordinating configuration, integration, and testing of the solution.
• Guiding clients through Sandbox/UAT testing and production launch preparation.
• Organising training sessions and preparing user documentation.
• Providing L2 functional and technical support to existing users.
• Analysing and reproducing reported issues, while gathering data for resolution.
• Escalating complex issues to the vendor, internal dev, or L3/DevOps teams.
• Tracking escalated issues to resolution and updating clients on status.
• Communicating regularly with the vendor's product and technical teams in Estonia.
• Participating in testing new releases and suggesting product enhancements based on user needs.
• Reporting regularly on implementation status, open issues, and potential risks.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Experience in B2B software implementation, business analysis, consulting, or support.
• Ability to understand business processes and map them to software features.
• Experience communicating with both business and technical client representatives.
• Ability to independently lead presentations, demonstrations, training, and workshops.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to clearly document requirements, issues, and agreed activities.
• Independence, accountability, and the ability to manage multiple parallel tasks.
• Degree in IT, Information Systems, Economics, or Organisational Sciences.

Requirements:

• The candidate must understand how B2B SaaS solutions operate and integrate, including:
  • Basic principles of REST API integrations.
  • Working with Postman and Swagger/OpenAPI documentation.
  • Basic understanding of JSON and XML formats.
  • Basic analysis of API requests, responses, and errors.
  • Distinguishing between user, integration, network, and server issues.
  • Basic understanding of Sandbox, UAT, and Production environments.
• Communication - clear, concise, coherent, and complete written and verbal communication, both in local language and English.
• Excellent listening, questioning, and customer service skills.
• Critical thinking - the ability to search, classify, interpret, synthesise, and present information
• Ability to plan, prioritise, and deliver job tasks and responsibilities autonomously.
• Ability to work with distributed teams, people from different cultures and countries, and constructively deal with differences of opinion and views.
• Proactive, take ownership, focus on problem-solving more than problem-finding, and adapt to changing environments and priorities; Curious about new technologies and development methods, think about continuous improvement and find new tools and methods for yourself and your colleagues.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with fintech, eInvoicing, or other regulated software solutions.
• Experience with ERP systems and their integration with other platforms.
• Knowledge of electronic invoicing, the Peppol network, or XML standards.
• Experience working with international vendors and distributed teams.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar issue and incident tracking tools.
