Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced independent contractor to join our team at Advanced Construction Southwest (ACS). This role involves technical assistance for our Estimating Department and/or CAD Design department. Role is ideal for self-motivated professionals looking for flexible work arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Manage material take-offs and rough estimates for bidding purposes (BlueBeam, Excel), variety of Design tasks-Detail Sheets (Auto CAD)
• Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure project success
• Deliver high-quality work within specified deadlines
• Maintain clear communication regarding project status and updates

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, and/or experience in related field
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Excel
• Intermediate English proficiency
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
