Key Responsibilities:

• Organizes and is responsible for the work of the indirect procurement department, directs the work of other procurement specialists, assigns tasks, and distributes activities
• Trains employees within the department
• Coordinates the selection, development, and maintenance of the supplier portfolio for spare parts, auxiliary materials, office supplies, and services
• Conducts, analyzes, and provides proposals for procurement analysis
• Processes inquiries / tenders / prices and evaluates them
• Conducts negotiations and prepares contracts within their area of responsibility (including price, delivery, and quality)
• Maintains and develops supplier databases
• Processes technical and commercial requirements and aligns them with suppliers
• Provides support and implements cost optimization initiatives
• Performs monitoring, confirmation, and audit of supplier quality in accordance with the business unit’s supplier quality standards
• Resolves issues with non-conforming raw materials and communicates with other departments and suppliers
• Procures products and services in line with requirements
• Prepares relevant supporting documentation
  Ensures optimal supply of production with raw materials in terms of timing, quantity, and cost
• Participates in the creation and implementation of procurement procedures
• Tracks order confirmations
• Coordinates clarification of missing parts between production, the parent company, and external suppliers
  Maintains the SAP database related to the area of work
  Is responsible for the quality, accuracy, precision, clarity, and timeliness of their work

Key Responsibilities:

• Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or economics-related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
• Fluent in English
• Demonstrated interest and practical ability to use AI tools to improve efficiency and quality of work while applying good judgment and responsible use
• Comfortable learning and adopting new AI-enabled ways of working and proactively identifying opportunities where AI can drive meaningful impact in daily activities
