Information Systems Analyst - Core Financial Operations

A leading global real estate company is looking for an Information Systems Analyst to join its Core Business Applications team.

This is a key role in a dynamic international environment, responsible for supporting core financial systems, partnering with business users across multiple countries, and leading business application initiatives from analysis through implementation.

This position is ideal for ERP Financial Systems Implementers looking to broaden their responsibilities, or finance professionals from real estate companies who are interested in transitioning into the Information Systems field.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and support the organization's core financial applications.
• Provide functional support to business users and troubleshoot application issues.
• Analyze business requirements and prepare functional specification documents.
• Lead system enhancements and process improvement initiatives.
• Manage and coordinate projects from requirements gathering through implementation and go-live.
• Work closely with external vendors, developers, and business stakeholders.
• Support system implementations, testing, user training, and post-go-live activities.
• Manage integrations between enterprise systems.

Requirements

2–3 years of experience in one of the following:

• ERP implementation or Information Systems analysis with a focus on financial systems.
• OR experience in a finance role within a real estate company, with a strong interest in transitioning to Information Systems.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Business One – Mandatory.
• Experience working with system integrations – Mandatory.
• Proven experience writing functional specification documents – Mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field – Mandatory.
• Experience with financial systems – significant advantage.
• Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
