About Position:

OCSiAl is looking for an IT Systems Administrator to join our corporate IT team and support our diverse, mission-critical IT infrastructure. This role is responsible for the setup, operation, and ongoing support of our corporate productivity software, Microsoft on-premises systems and Azure cloud services, as well as serving as a 2nd and 3rd line escalation point for user support requests. The ideal candidate brings strong Windows and Azure experience, has experience configuring and supporting business productivity tools, and enjoys working directly with users as well as on infrastructure.

This is an on-premises position in our office in Belgrade.

Job Responsibilities:

• Administer and support Microsoft on-premises infrastructure, including Windows Servers, Active Directory, etc.
• Manage and support Microsoft Azure cloud services, including Office 365, Entra ID, etc.
• Maintain and support IT automation (MDM, backup, etc.) and corporate productivity software (e.g. HR software, SharePoint, and similar tools), including configuring workflows and automations to support business processes
• Provide 2nd and 3rd line support to users with IT-related issues, acting as an escalation point for the helpdesk team
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across on-prem and cloud environments
• Participate in infrastructure planning, upgrades, and modernization initiatives
• Document system configurations, procedures, and operational standards

Skills/Experience/Qualification:

• 4+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator or Senior IT Support Specialist in a similar IT role in a corporate environment
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows on-prem and Azure infrastructure
• Previous experience maintaining and configuring corporate productivity/collaboration software
• Experience with backup, disaster recovery, and MDM solutions
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
