Main Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain customer orders in the ERP system (K-Soft).
- Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery in coordination with logistics and production teams.
- Communicate with internal departments (sales, logistics, finance) to clarify order-related issues.
- Support the preparation of invoices, delivery notes, and other relevant documents.
- Maintain and update customer and product master data.
- Handle order changes, cancellations, and corrections in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure all data entries meet company standards for quality and accuracy.
- Provide general administrative and reporting support to the sales and management teams.
Qualifications and Requirements
Education / Experience:
- Completed commercial or administrative education, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in order processing, data entry, or administrative support (preferably in an international environment).
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive and customer-oriented communication style.
Languages:
- German: Minimum B2 level (required for daily communication and documentation).
- English: Minimum B1 level (required for daily communication and documentation).
Computer Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems is an advantage.
