Insurance Sales Specialist - US market

About Us

We are a growing commercial trucking insurance agency serving the US market. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative/Lead Generator to join our team and drive revenue growth through the sale, insurance solutions, and related services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the US transportation industry
• Promote and sell the company's products and support services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Conduct outbound sales calls, emails, and follow-ups
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
• Monitor market trends and identify potential growth opportunities
• Collaborate with operations and management teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

• No experience required! Previous sales or trucking industry experience is not necessary. We provide training and support to help you develop the skills needed to succeed in this role.
• Willing and available to work the second shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
• Ability to work from our office in Belgrade (on-site position)
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
