Internal Auditor
Join our Internal Audit team in Telenor Serbia on the position of Internal Auditor. In this role, you will work on exciting and challenging Internal auditing projects.

Responsibilities:
- Develop audit programs for evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of internal control systems
- Execute audits, reporting and follow-up to assess adequacy, effectiveness and efficiency of internal control systems
- Review and discuss audit observations with responsible process owners/managers
- Provide audit and consulting services for improving the organization’s operations and costs optimization
- Carry out ad-hoc appraisals, inspections, investigations and/or Support periodic reports for the IA activities
- Record discrepancies and provide follow-up of remedial actions
- Work with big data and execute data mining analyses
Requirements:
- Strong personal integrity and critical thinking
- Analytic, resourceful and solution-oriented
- Ability to self - manage and organize the day-to-day work, ability to work independently with little supervision
- University degree (Bachelor) in IT, business administration / auditing, accounting, finance
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in one or several of the following fields: internal/external audit, risk management, business process management
- Ease of work with datamining tools (ACL, IDEA or others) and/or Excel / Access
- Very strong command of English, especially written
- Ability to accommodate travelling
- Exposure to projects management
- Scripting and programming will be considered an advantage
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relations with key stakeholders (e.g. Top management, Board of Directors and etc.)
- Professional certification is not required
