International Sales Representative

IMG Group is a stable and dynamically growing Czech family group founded in 2004, which currently brings together 600 employees and achieves a turnover exceeding 100 milion EUR. We are among the leading plastic processors with our own multi-stage production, development and a modern laboratory, operating across multiple production facilities – including production facility in Serbia.

Our portfolio covers key plastic processing technologies – from vacuum forming (thermoforming), injection molding and extrusion to rotomolding, laminating and the production of specialized nets. We supply our products and solutions to global partners across the construction industry, manufacturing industry and the automotive sector. Our main goal is to stand side-by-side with our customers as a reliable and long-term partner. That is why we are expanding our international team and looking for a proactive and commercially minded International Sales Representative to represent IMG Group in Serbia, the Balkans and broader European markets.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

- identifying and developing new customers and sales opportunities 
- visiting existing and potential customers across Serbia and international markets 
- presenting IMG Group, its products and production capabilities 
- understanding customer needs and proposing suitable solutions 
- preparing offers and negotiating prices and commercial conditions 
- managing the sales process from initial contact to agreement 
- maintaining and developing long-term customer relationships 
- monitoring markets, competitors and new business opportunities 
- working closely with production and management to meet customer requirements 
- preparing regular sales reports and forecasts 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

- previous experience in sales, field sales, business development or account management 
- strong communication and negotiation skills 
- proactive, independent and results-oriented approach 
- confidence in dealing with customers and building business relationships 
- willingness to travel frequently across Serbia and Europe 
- good command of English, both written and spoken 
- valid B category driving licence 
- good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple customers and opportunities 
- experience in the manufacturing or technical industry is an advantage 
- knowledge of an additional European language is a plus
