As we expand our global reach, we seek a motivated and experienced International Sales Representative to drive sales and build strong relationships with international buyers.

A dynamic and results-driven sales professional with extensive experience in international fruit sales and distribution. Skilled in building strong relationships with global clients, negotiating contracts, and ensuring high-quality fresh produce reaches markets worldwide. Adept at identifying new business opportunities, managing supply chain logistics, and staying ahead of industry trends to maximize profitability.

Job Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

• Identify, develop, and manage new international customers, including distributors, wholesalers, and retailers
• Expand market presence by identifying new regions and opportunities for fruit exports

Negotiation & Contract Management

• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with international buyers while ensuring profitable sales
• Monitor foreign market trends and adjust pricing strategies accordingly
• Order processing and close monitoring of the warehouse for on-time delivery
• Managing the orderly and timely collection of receivables
• Claims and chargebacks management

Supply Chain & Logistics Coordination

• Collaborate with our packhouse and logistics providers to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment
• Oversee shipping, documentation, and export compliance regulations

Market Research & Strategy Development

• Conduct market analysis to understand global trends, competitor strategies, and consumer preferences
• Attend international trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand business opportunities

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Agriculture, or a related field
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in international sales, preferably in the fresh produce or food industry
• Languages: Fluency in English is required

• Strong negotiation and communication abilities
• Knowledge of international trade regulations and logistics
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent computer skills
• Category B driver's license
• Proactive approach to work and team orientation
• Self-initiative and desire for professional development and progress
