We are looking for an Inventory Specialist to coordinate and streamline inventory processes across LPP stores in selected Southern European markets - ensuring compliance, contractor efficiency, and contributing to overall business performance.

What you'll be doing?

• Coordinating and scheduling inventories across assigned markets in line with local legislation
• Monitoring inventory results and following up with store teams after each count
• Sourcing, verifying and negotiating terms with new inventory service providers
• Managing ongoing relationships with existing contractors
• Checking stock levels in internal systems before inventories take place
• Processing and verifying invoices for inventory services
• Preparing and overseeing the inventory services budget
• Conducting detailed analysis of inventory results and preparing reports with improvement recommendations
• Providing support and training to store staff and regional managers on inventory topics
• Supporting the team with other inventory-related tasks and projects

What we're looking for?

• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Good Excel skills (upper-intermediate)
• Strong analytical mindset
• Organized, able to prioritize tasks
• Team player with good communication skills
• Driving license (occasional business trips)
• Experience in retail, logistics or inventory management is a plus
