IP Network Engineer

What we will expect from you:

• Delivery and implementation of Internet, MPLS, BGP, EPL, and Managed Services for business customers
• Maintenance and configuration of customer equipment upon customer request
• Detection, analysis, and resolution of identified service issues and incidents
• Providing phone and email support for business customer services

For a good start you will need:

• Have strong knowledge of network protocols and technologies (routing, switching, and security), as well as experience with Cisco, Meraki, Fortinet, and MikroTik network equipment
• Have knowledge of 802.11-based wireless networks
• Hold a Cisco, Fortinet, or MikroTik certification (considered an advantage)
• Have at least a higher education degree (technical field preferred)
• Have excellent English language skills
• Are highly proficient in computer usage and standard IT tools
