To support the continuous growth of our operations, we are looking for a motivated and skilled professional to join our IT department in Rača.

IT Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

• Administration and maintenance of network infrastructure, including Cisco and Mikrotik devices;
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of local area networks (LAN and Wi-Fi);
• Administration of Windows-based servers, workstations, storage systems, and client-side security solutions;
• Installation and configuration of MES agents on workstations, including integration with measuring instruments, scanners, and printers;
• Deployment and maintenance of relevant software packages across end-user devices;
• Monitoring, administration, and maintenance of video surveillance systems (CCTV);
• Coordination of procurement, inventory management, and tracking of IT and telecommunications equipment (e.g., computers, mobile devices, printers, consumables);
• Providing first-level IT support to internal users across departments;
• Maintenance of documentation and records related to CCTV systems, servers, active network devices, and access control infrastructure;
• Active involvement in responding to customer requests (e.g., generating reports) and supporting internal and external audit processes (IATF);
• Coordination of repairs and preventive maintenance, monitoring expenses and preparing reports.

What do we expect:

• Technical education (University degree is a plus).
• Solid Cisco network equipment understanding.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows system administration.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Internet.
• Solid understanding of computer and server hardware.
• Conversational level of English (mandatory).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Team player with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
