IT Hardware Engineer

Haitian Machinery Serbia, a leading manufacturer of plastic injection molding machines, is looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Hardware Engineer to join our team in Ruma.

In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the company’s local IT infrastructure, including servers, network equipment, storage systems and end-user devices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, maintain and optimize servers, network equipment, NAS systems and end-user devices.
• Monitor IT hardware performance, troubleshoot technical issues and implement improvement measures.
• Participate in IT infrastructure projects, including equipment selection, technical solutions, implementation and commissioning.
• Manage hardware and software resources, including equipment inventory, licenses, updates and security patches.
• Ensure compliance with company information security policies and support the protection of IT systems and data.
• Provide daily technical support to employees and troubleshoot issues related to computers, networks and other IT equipment.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers and maintain IT documentation, procedures and user guidelines.
• Provide basic IT training and support to employees.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, hardware development or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in similar positions.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of .NET languages or JAVA software development will be consider as advantage.
• Proficient in english language.
