IT Help Desk Specialist

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing daily technical support to employees (on-site and remote)
• Troubleshooting issues related to computers, software, networks, and peripheral devices
• Managing user accounts, privileges, and access rights (e-mail, VPN, Active Directory)
• Administering and maintaining the Microsoft Active Directory environment (creating, modifying, and deactivating user accounts, groups, and policies)
• Managing Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to implement security and operational policies within the IT environment
• Monitoring and resolving issues related to authentication, access to network resources, and integration with other systems connected to Active Directory
• Installing and configuring hardware and software
• Monitoring support tickets and ensuring their timely resolution

• Updating technical documentation and knowledge bases
• Collaborating with higher-level support teams and other IT departments within the company
• Responsible for completing planned activities within agreed deadlines and according to established procedures
• Responsible for the effective and efficient functioning of processes related to the position and associated business processes
• Responsible for safeguarding the Company's assets
• Applying occupational health and safety measures, fire protection measures, and environmental protection measures, as defined by the Company's internal policies and applicable legal regulations
• Performing other duties within the scope of expertise, knowledge, and capabilities, as assigned by the direct supervisor and/or other authorized managers, while respecting the established hierarchical structure

What You Bring:

• High school diploma
• Excellent command of the English language
• Experience in the same or similar role is preferred
