Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the procurement, configuration, operation, and maintenance of hardware, software, and related infrastructure
• Serves as the first level of support for IT-related issues across multiple business units
• Logs, analyzes, and resolves IT support tickets
• Maintains records and resolves hardware and software issues
• Coordinates and communicates with all relevant stakeholders
• Escalates issues to higher support levels when necessary
• Provides support and maintenance for all industrial computers connected to production lines
• Documents all issues and support activities through the ticketing system in accordance with company standards and procedures
• Administers Windows servers and client environments, Active Directory, File Server, Exchange Server, and SQL/MySQL databases
• Performs daily system monitoring to verify the integrity and availability of all hardware resources, server resources, systems, and critical processes; reviews system and application logs; verifies the completion of scheduled tasks, including data backups
• Regularly monitors system security to identify potential risks and security breaches
• Conducts periodic system performance assessments to support capacity planning activities
• Maintains and supports all telephone and mobile devices
• Provides technical advice and guidance as required
• Maintains all technical documentation related to hardware, software, and supporting infrastructure
• Ensures the quality of work performed, including accuracy, precision, clarity, and timeliness

Position Requirements:

• Good problem solving and analytical skills
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to use AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, work quality, and to reduce costs. The successful candidate must be able to identify appropriate AI use cases and critically evaluate AI-generated outputs
• Ability to provide excellent customer service to a variety of customers 
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
• Ability to prioritize tasks based on department objectives and deliverables
• Fluent in English
