IT Manager

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven IT Manager to lead and optimize the organization's technology operations and infrastructure.

The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company's IT environment, ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of systems, networks, and business applications. This role requires a proactive professional capable of managing day-to-day IT operations while contributing to the development and execution of the organization's technology strategy.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver high-quality IT services, support business growth, and drive continuous improvement across technology-related processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily IT operations, ensuring the stability, performance, and security of all systems and infrastructure.
• Manage and maintain the organization's hardware, software, networks, and cloud-based solutions.
• Lead IT support activities and ensure timely resolution of technical issues and service requests.
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Manage relationships with external IT vendors, service providers, and technology partners.
• Coordinate IT projects, including system upgrades, infrastructure improvements, and technology implementations.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data protection, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Support budget planning, cost control, and procurement of IT equipment and services.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify technology needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure management, systems administration, or a similar role.
• Previous experience in an IT Manager, IT Lead, or Senior Systems Administrator position is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and business applications.
• Experience managing external vendors and technology service providers.
• Knowledge of Microsoft environments, including Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Azure, is considered an advantage.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
