We are searching for a

IT PROJECT MANAGER

in Belgrade, Serbia

You will be responsible for various international ICT projects as a member of the PM team, covering different project stages and areas, leading and coordinating activities between all involved parties internally and externally

• Experience in leading medium and large-scale project in international environment
• “Can-do attitude”, oriented and devoted to achieving the goal
• Ability to easily connect and coordinate between different parties involved
• Strong orientation toward high quality deliverables, in line with all other required aspects - time and resources
• Advanced skills in content making and presenting projects’ statuses, updates, and reports
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in fast-paced environment
• At least 2-5 years working on the positions requiring listed skills, preferably in the complex systems and large organizations 

• Advanced in English, written and spoken
• Good in interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly proactive, independent, and self-organized
• Energetic and cooperative team member, with good problem-solving skills
• Motivated and flexible
• Familiar with processes and products in financial industry (which will be considered as advantage) 

• Lead and coordinate project related activities through different project stages
• Adequately involve and manage internal and external team members
• Produce and maintain project documentation related to statuses, updates, and reports
• Apply project management methodologies, good professional practice, and recommendations to increase efficiency, effectiveness, risk reduction and regulatory compliance
