About Position:

OCSiAl is looking for an experienced IT Specialist to join our corporate IT team and to provide support to company users, including solving more complex 2^nd/3^rd line requests, and maintain IT infrastructure and systems in Belgrade, Serbia.

The ideal candidate brings strong Microsoft infrastructure experience, has experience supporting business productivity tools, and enjoys working directly with users as well as on infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with users, resolving IT-related problems, including 2^nd/3^rd line issues.
• Work with Microsoft on-premises infrastructure, including Active Directory, as well as Microsoft Azure cloud services like Entra ID or Office 365.
• Manage backup and MDM tools and policies.
• Configure and support corporate productivity and collaboration tools, including workflows that support business processes - for example, HR-system approval.
• Contribute to IT upgrades, new deployments and modernization initiatives.

Skills/Experience/Qualification:

• 4+ years in a corporate IT environment as an IT Specialist, IT Administrator, or a similar role
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft on-premises and Azure (Windows Server, AD, Entra ID, O365)
• Experience with backup and MDM solutions
• Experience supporting corporate productivity/collaboration software and business workflows
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
