To support the growth of our engineering team, we are looking for two Remote IT Systems & Networking Technical Assistants.

Your Responsibilities

Working alongside highly experienced engineers, some of whom are the original developers of our products, you will:

• Develop projects using Antek's technologies to meet client needs in the most efficient way
• Configure Aylook and Abilis systems according to customer requirements
• Monitor alerts and notifications generated by installed systems
• Analyze diagnostic and statistical information from appliances and dedicated monitoring servers
• Apply configuration changes to solve technical issues
• Provide customers with written instructions regarding activities to be performed on site
• Assist with laboratory testing and validation of new hardware and software
• Support the realization of demonstration systems
• Keep colleagues responsible for technical documentation informed about the latest developments and incidents
• Contribute to the improvement of our products (all original contributions are welcome!)

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree (or currently completing the degree) in Computer Engineering or Information Technology
• Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree with at least three years of proven and relevant experience

Technical Skills

Good knowledge of:

• Linux (Ubuntu)
• PC hardware and components
• Local and wide-area networking
• Diagnostic and troubleshooting methodologies
• Analytical and problem-solving techniques

Foreign Languages

• English (B2 level or higher, required)
• Italian (not required, but considered an advantage)
