Job Title: IT User Support Analyst II

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT User Support Analyst II to join our team in Belgrade. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, supporting, and optimizing identity and collaboration platforms across the organization. You will play a key role in ensuring secure access, high availability, and a seamless end-user experience.

You will collaborate closely with IT Security, Infrastructure, Service Desk teams, third-party MSPs, and external vendors to deliver reliable and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and support Microsoft 365 platforms (SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Entra ID / Azure AD)
  • Manage user accounts, licenses, groups, and mailboxes
  • Configure and maintain security and compliance features (MFA, Conditional Access, DLP, retention policies)
  • Monitor service health and troubleshoot Microsoft 365-related issues
  • Administer on-prem Active Directory (user and group management, GPOs, DNS, trusts)
  • Manage hybrid identity environments (Azure AD Connect / Cloud Sync)
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts and API integrations to automate administrative tasks
  • Administer Power BI environments (tenant configuration, governance, capacity management, user enablement)
  • Design and support cloud-based storage solutions (e.g., Azure Files, AWS FSx)
  • Support identity lifecycle processes (onboarding and offboarding)
  • Collaborate with vendors and escalate issues when needed
  • Provide high-quality support to internal stakeholders, including VIP users 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience administering Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
  • ITIL Foundation certification and/or Microsoft 365 certifications preferred

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
  • Experience with Active Directory (on-prem) and Azure AD
  • Proficiency in PowerShell and automation tools
  • Power BI administration and reporting experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Print Server administration
  • Familiarity with cloud storage platforms (Azure Files, AWS FSx)
  • Experience working with third-party vendors and managed service providers
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to mentor and support junior team members
