Java Back-end Team Lead

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of SW Engineers and guide them  
• Monitors work progress of team members
• Keeps track of tasks assigned to his/her team
• Ensures code quality
• Makes regular code reviews
• Dispatches work tasks and controls execution
• Gives task estimations
• Takes responsibility for delayed tasks in his/her team
• Makes sure every team member is regularly filling the time-sheets
• Secures the onboarding of the new team members
• Participates the whole software development cycle
• Contributes to all the phases of the back-end development 
• Ensures the synchronization of the architectural designs with the relevant specifications
• Analyze projects/tasks before entering the phase of development
• Writes a readable, understandable and usable code 
• Has a mindset of a contributor and is responsible for his own implementation 
• Follows the company proceedings and best practices 
• Informs his direct manager when there are technical problems 
• Verifies his own code before storing it

Requirements:

• Communication and people management skills
• Solid software engineering experience
• Must have strong organizational and multi-tasking skills to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
• Must work effectively within a team environment
• Excellent command of English is a must
