Junior Accountant

International construction company is looking for the position "Junior Accountant" 2 positions. Minimum requirement is 1 year of experience in accounting/finance. We are offering employment in one of the leading company in real estate industry focused on development of commercial and office buildings.

Job description:

• According to valid regulations and internal procedures enters the data into the accounting system
• Document booking and preparation of the balance statements, income statements etc...
• Balance confirmation with suppliers/tenants including all others activities related to Tax administration, Business Registers Agency, Urban land administration
• Following on invoice approval procedure and approval sheets preparation
• Preparation of the payments in e banking
• Review of the list of overdue invoices
• Communication with the tenants regarding issues referring to finance/accounting
• Monitoring of the incoming payments from the tenants
• Reconciliation of tax accounts with Tax Administration and Public Revenue    Administration
• Reconciliation with debtors and suppliers on yearly level and keeping records
• Organization of financial and accounting issues and bookkeeping
• Follow up on the changes in tax, finance and accounting regulations
• Booking of invoices, bank accounts and all other accounting documents
• Preparation and submission of VAT, property tax, other tax returns and administration of related records
• Assistance in quarterly/annual closing
• Preparation and submission of the financial statements, pursuant to instructions of supervisors/seniors
• Audit assistance and communication
• Proper filing of all accounting and company documents
• Preparation and maintenance of all other tax/government imposed reports/documents
• Preparation of all other reports required by supervisor/senior 
• All other accounting tasks imposed by the supervisor/senior
