We are looking for: Junior Accountant (m/f)

Main responsibilities:

  • Checking and booking: cash invoices, invoices for Business Card expenditures
  • Checking VAT, entering bank transfers, booking of Accounts Payable Invoices
  • Entering bank transfers and preparing Requests for bank confirmation:
    • Fee for residence
    • Fee for the work permit
    • Car registration
    • Public fees for tenders, engineers, etc
  • Calculating, submitting tax applications, entering bank transfer, and booking of:
    • Salaries
    • Rents
    • Disability tax
    • Service contract
  • Setting Payroll and control parameters. Preparing salaries reports by units. Sending payroll excerpts to units

Requirements:

  • University degree in Economy and related fields
  • Previous working experience in similar jobs
  • Advanced MS Office package user
  • Knowledge of English speaking and writing
