Junior Accountant

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a new colleague to join us as our: Junior Accountant 

If you join us, these will be your main responsibilities:

• Support the end-to-end billing process, including both automated and manual invoicing on a monthly and semi-monthly basis.
• Prepare, issue, and maintain accurate accounting and billing documentation.
• Process and record customer claims, ensuring timely reconciliation and payment.
• Maintain and update accounting records in accordance with internal procedures and applicable regulations.
• Scan, upload, organize, and track financial documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, reconciliations, and reporting schedules for local management and group reporting.
• Record fixed assets and maintain the company's fixed asset register.
• Maintain inventory records and support stock reconciliation activities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach to work.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Experience working with SAP is considered an advantage.
• High level of independence, responsibility, organization, and a proactive mindset.
• Results-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Willingness to continuously learn, develop professionally, and embrace new technologies and ways of working.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken (minimum B2 level).
