The Role

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Junior Associate to join our Banking & Finance team at our Belgrade office. This is an exceptional opportunity to collaborate with skilled professionals and provide top-quality advice and consultation to our premium clients.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting thorough legal research, identifying business risks, and providing effective solutions.
• Drafting legal documents with precision, ensuring clarity and adherence to legal principles.
• Effectively communicating with clients and colleagues to understand and clarify legal requirements.
• Planning time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Collaborating effectively as a team member, supporting colleagues, and providing regular updates to senior team members.

Key Skills and Experience Required:

• Law degree from a reputable university
• Full professional proficiency in English
