Your Architectural Powers

We’re looking for a highly motivated Junior BIM Architect (Intern) to join our growing team. Starting as an intern with the goal of staying on full-time, we’ll support your development into an engineer equipped to develop accurate 3D BIM models of residential houses and apartment units based on 2D floor plans.

During your training, you’ll

• Use Revit in detail
• Learn the basics and skills needed to build 3D BIM models of houses and apartment units based on 2D floor plans
• Get familiar with our predefined BIM families and modeling standards
• Enter core project data under continuous review and guidance from your mentor
• Assist senior colleagues with modeling tasks and data entry
• Upload and update models on the Autodesk BIM 360 server, under your mentor’s supervision
• Work directly with the project team a.k.a. your colleagues within DIBS42, external project managers, and other parties engaged on active projects

Once you’re up to speed, you’ll

• Create detailed 3D BIM models of residential houses and apartment units based on provided 2D floor plans
• Use predefined BIM families and established modeling standards
• Enter, organize, and maintain project data and model parameters in accordance with client requirements and regulations
• Ensure model accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project guidelines
• Perform quality checks and resolve modeling or data-entry discrepancies
• Deliver completed models within agreed deadlines and project specifications

Your Specs

• 0 experience required,
• Proficiency at English (B1),
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365,
• Experience (would be a plus) with BIM related software and eagerness to learn new BIM software (Autodesk Revit/Navisworks/Dynamo),
• Being curious about the latest techniques and having a drive to improve BIM processes,
• Strategical, analytical, and critical thinking skills,
• Being a team player who is adaptable and eager to learn.
