Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, shopper behavior, and category dynamics using Nielsen, household panel (HHP), and internal data sources to generate actionable insights.
- Evaluate product assortment and identify optimization opportunities to improve category performance, distribution, and profitability.
- Support New Product Development (NPD) launches by providing recommendations on distribution, shelf placement, visibility, and execution excellence.
- Develop and maintain planograms using Spaceman or similar Category Management tools to support category reviews and retailer recommendations.
- Create compelling category selling stories, insights presentations, and business recommendations for customers, including NPD and Category Management initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Insights, and other stakeholders to support consumer development programs and drive business objectives.
- Monitor competitor activities, market developments, Perfect Store execution, and PICOS compliance to ensure strong category performance and competitive advantage.
Requirements:
- University degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in Category Management, Trade Marketing, Sales, or other FMCG commercial functions.
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting Nielsen, shopper research, household panel, and sales data to generate insights and recommendations.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Category Management tools such as Nielsen Spaceman or similar software; experience working with large datasets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills in English, with the ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate across functions.
