Junior Civil Engineer

In Europe, CRBC has completed projects such as the Zemun-Borca Bridge in Serbia, Pelješac Bridge in Croatia, and key sections of the E-763 Highway in Serbia. Notable railway projects include the Belgrade-Budapest Railway (Serbian section).

We are seeking a proactive Junior Civil Engineer to join our team in Serbia.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide administrative and technical support to the Construction Department Manager, the Responsible Structural Engineer, and the QA/QC Manager.
2. Assist in collecting, organizing, reviewing, and archiving documentation related to the construction phase, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation, contract requirements, project procedures, and quality standards.
3. Assist in the preparation, submission, and tracking of technical documentation, including correspondence with the Engineer, Client, Designers, Subcontractors, and Laboratories.
4. Assist in the preparation and submission of regular project reports and other technical documentation.
5. Maintain and update the Construction log.
6. Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, including Material Approval Requests (MAR), Requests for Inspection (RFI), Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), Method Statements, test reports, quality records, and other project documentation.
7. Support senior engineers during site inspections, monitoring of construction progress, quality inspections, and coordination meetings.
8. Coordinate with internal departments, subcontractors, laboratories, designers, and other project stakeholders regarding documentation and technical information.
9. Collect and distribute technical documentation and ensure that all relevant parties receive the latest approved versions.
10. Assist in organizing laboratory testing, inspections, and quality control activities.
11. Operate company vehicles when required for business purposes.
12. Promptly report any issues that may affect project progress, quality, safety, or contractual obligations to the direct supervisor.
13. Perform other duties assigned by the Construction Department Manager, Deputy Project Manager for Network Construction, Deputy Project Manager for WWTP Construction, or the Project Manager.
