Job Description:

• Providing support to internal employees and external clients
• Communication via Email, Slack, Jira, and Hubspot platforms
• Working with SaaS applications and hardware equipment
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Monitoring and documenting reported issues through ticketing systems
• Collaborating with the team to improve processes and systems
• Office-based work with the possibility of a hybrid work model after the onboarding period

Requirements:

• Minimum high school degree
• No experience or up to 12 months of experience
• Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL)
• Knowledge of Linux operating systems
• Basic understanding of computer networks
• Knowledge of working with APIs (REST, JSON)
• Teamwork skills
• Good communication skills
• Patience and composure
• Problem-solving orientation
• Attention to detail
• Logical and critical thinking (troubleshooting)
• Curiosity and willingness to learn
• Ability to multitask
