Gamico Factoring is a fast-growing financial services company specializing in factoring and working capital solutions for corporate clients. As we continue to expand, we are looking for an ambitious, analytical, and highly motivated professional to join our team as a Junior Executive Manager.

This is more than a typical junior position. We are looking for a future business leader—someone with strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ambition to grow into a senior management role through direct mentorship from our executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's operations and the factoring industry.
• Analyze financial statements and assess clients' financial performance.
• Participate in credit analysis, risk assessment, and evaluation of business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and business partners.
• Collaborate with banks, legal advisors, accountants, and other external stakeholders.
• Prepare financial analyses, business reports, and executive presentations.
• Support business development and strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate internal projects and operational activities.
• Gradually assume greater managerial responsibilities with a clear career path toward executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering (FON), or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in banking, finance, factoring, leasing, corporate finance, consulting, audit, credit analysis, risk assessment, or corporate sales.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and financial analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
