We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our team full-time and create visually engaging designs and artwork across various marketing media. The ideal candidate has up to 3 years of experience working on commercial design projects, a strong creative sense, and a good understanding of both print and digital design principles and techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the development of design solutions from concept to final delivery.
- Supporting the team in creating visually compelling concepts and layouts.
- Collaborating with the Art Director and other team members to refine design outputs.
- Preparing and adapting designs for various media - including digital, print, and presentation formats.
- Participating in creative meetings and contributing ideas.
- Applying feedback and making revisions in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements:
- Up to 3 years of experience in graphic design or a related field.
- Strong understanding of visual elements (layout, typography, color, composition).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Affinity Suite (optional) and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient, with an ability to manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines.
- Up-to-date with current design trends and best practices.
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Preference will be given to a candidate with a strong and varied design portfolio.
