JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER CUSTOMER PROJECTS

YOUR TASKS

• Supports the planning, preparation and execution of customer projects from the quotation phase through to completion
• Supports Project Managers in Switzerland with the operational handling and coordination of customer projects
• Prepares calculations and supports the timely preparation of customer quotations
• Coordinates project-related activities and monitors deadlines, costs and project requirements
• Coordinates and follows up on delivery dates and open project-related topics
• Ensure that project-related information, documentation and data are complete, accurate and up to date
• Coordinates and collaborates closely with internal departments and interfaces in Serbia and Switzerland
• Supports communication and coordination between project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Depending on experience, prepare lighting calculations and visualizations
• Performs project-related analyses and supports ad-hoc requests and inquiries
• Contributes to the continuous improvement of project processes, workflows and internal procedures
• Ensures proper electronic documentation and archiving project-related data in accordance with company policies and requirements

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed commercial or electrical/technical education or a comparable qualification
• Good technical understanding and an interest in technical products and solutions
• Experience in project support, internal sales, order processing, project management or similar role is an advantage
• Experience in the lighting industry or another technical environment is an advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications; experience with ERP, CRM or project management systems is an advantage
• Good command of English or German; knowledge of both languages is an advantage
• Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills
• Structured, accurate and reliable approach to work
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and keep track of deadlines and priorities
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments
• High level of responsibility, flexibility and willingness to learn
