The Junior Project Manager – Factory Integration (South Balkans) supports the planning, coordination, and execution of factory integration projects across the South Balkans region. The role is responsible for maintaining project plans, monitoring timelines and project progress, coordinating cross-functional activities, and ensuring effective communication between manufacturing sites and central functions. This position supports the implementation of standardized manufacturing processes, documentation, and reporting systems, while contributing to operational readiness during factory integration and start-up phases. The role also includes organizing project meetings, maintaining project documentation, preparing reports and presentations, and supporting continuous improvement, standardization, and best practice initiatives to ensure successful and efficient factory integration.

Your responsibilities:- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of new manufacturing site integration projects.
- Maintain project plans, schedules, action trackers, and status reports to ensure timely project delivery.
- Coordinate activities across manufacturing sites and central functions, ensuring alignment of integration initiatives.
- Prepare project documentation, management reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Support the implementation of standardized manufacturing processes, procedures, and reporting systems.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with company documentation standards.
- Assist in developing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process documentation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, standardization, and operational excellence initiatives across manufacturing sites.
- Organize project meetings, workshops, and follow up on agreed action items.
- Perform other job-related duties assigned by the direct manager in accordance with qualifications and company requirements.

Your competencies:- Recent graduates with relevant internship or work experience, as well as candidates with up to three years of professional experience, are encouraged to apply.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, Creo, or similar engineering software.
- Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and track project progress.
