Junior Quality Specialist

How you create impact

As a Junior Quality Specialist, you will support the maintenance and development of quality standards by contributing to the consistent application of KN systems, guidelines, and work instructions. In this role, you will also assist in ensuring alignment with QSHE principles, including the Business Code of Conduct, Ethical Standards, FCPA requirements, and other relevant policies.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Contribute to compliance with QSHE standards, KN guidelines, and applicable regulations across operations
Monitor performance and assist in identifying opportunities for improvement, including corrective and preventive actions
Take part in certification/recertification activities and support internal & external audits, including supplier qualification
Help promote a safe, healthy, and compliant working environment through daily activities
Collaborate with business units to support process optimization and improvement initiatives
Assist with QSHE reporting and and contribute to Management Review activities
Support coordination of QSHE reporting and training activities

Additional responsibilities:

Member of HACCP and Healthcare teams; GFCC Superuser for the Serbia
Support coordination of waste management, Health & Safety, fire protection, and ATS – Anti-Terrorist Screening
Participate in the environmental QETE Team (Environmental Management Team

University degree
Good understanding of transport & logistics and process-oriented environments is considered an advantage, but not a requirement
Structured and detail-oriented mindset, with willingness to learn
Good communication and teamwork skills
Proactive attitude and sense of responsibility
Motivation for continuous learning and professional development
Proficiency in English
Valid driving licens
