Poente Technical is a group company in the aircraft maintenance industry. 

We are an EASA-approved organization, assembled of recruitment, maintenance, and training divisions with HQ in Belgrade, Serbia. 

Our group consists of recruitment, maintenance, and training divisions, providing services to reputable airlines and aircraft maintenance organizations across Europe.

About the Role

We are currently looking for a motivated and organized Junior Recruiter to join our team in Belgrade.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, administration, and working with people. Previous experience in HR or aviation is considered an advantage.

We especially encourage candidates coming from technical or operational industries who would like to transition into recruitment and HR.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting recruitment and HR administration processes
• Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Preparing employment-related documentation and contracts
• Assisting with work permits and temporary stay documentation for foreign employees
• Communicating with clients and candidates
• Managing correspondence, emails, and phone calls
• Scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and administrative activities
• Supporting day-to-day office operations

Requirements

• High school diploma or university degree
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Advanced English language skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment
• Positive attitude, reliability, and team spirit
• Experience in aviation, administration, or HR is a plus, but not mandatory
