Key Responsibilities:

• Support periodic financial reporting activities
• Preparation of balance sheet and profit & loss statements, including Business Unit analysis
• Accruals relating to supplier costs and HR-related expenses
• Management and analysis of deferred revenues and unbilled revenues
• Preparation of sales, orders, and backlog reports
• Support SOX compliance activities
• Prepare account reconciliations and data consistency checks
• Draft and update Finance procedures and process documentation
• Collaborate with international Finance teams
• Support the implementation and use of digital and Artificial Intelligence tools applied to Finance processes, with a focus on efficiency and data quality

Position Requirements:

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management Engineering, or related disciplines
• 1–2 years of work experience, preferably in multinational or structured environments
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Initial experience with ERP systems (preference for Microsoft Navision and/or SAP)
• Very good English. Italian is a plus (but it’s not required)
• Flexibility and strong willingness to learn
• Ability to work effectively within a team and in international environments
• Accuracy, reliability, and results-oriented mindset
