Junior International Sales Associate – Novi Sad Office
We are looking for a motivated Junior International Sales Associate to join our team in Novi Sad and start building a career in international B2B sales for our software and other products.
You will work closely with experienced colleagues who will support your development while gradually taking on more responsibility as you grow into a fully independent sales professional.
You will learn how the full sales process works — from identifying potential clients and conducting outreach activities to participating in client meetings, presentations, and building long-term business relationships in an international IT environment.
A basic technical understanding or strong interest in technology is beneficial, as it will help you better understand our products, clients, and the context in which we operate.
No previous sales experience is required – we are looking for motivation, curiosity, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients across international markets
- Support outreach activities and communication with prospective clients
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Gradually become involved in different stages of the sales process
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
- Prepare sales materials and support commercial initiatives
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience
- Take part in webinars, presentations, and occasional industry events
Skills and Experience
- University degree completed or in the final year (Economics, Management, Technical or similar)
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Interest in working with clients, business, and international environments
- Strong communication skills and willingness to develop presentation skills
- Comfortable participating in client-facing meetings, presentations, and video communication formats
- Proactive and organized approach to work
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative
- Ability to communicate clearly with different stakeholders and represent the company professionally
- Driver’s license (B category) is a plus
- Willingness to travel occasionally
Previous experience is not required. We value motivation, curiosity, and readiness to grow into a broad sales role.
