We are looking for a motivated Junior Talent Acquisition Coordinator with Bulgarian and English to join our team in Serbia. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to begin or further develop a career in recruitment, learn from experienced professionals and work on a variety of international projects.

What you'll do

• Support the recruitment process from the initial candidate search to the final hiring stages;
• Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, job platforms, our internal database and other relevant channels;
• Review applications and conduct initial screening calls;
• Communicate with candidates in Bulgarian and English;
• Coordinate interviews and maintain clear and timely communication throughout the process;
• Prepare and update candidate profiles and recruitment reports;
• Publish and update job advertisements;
• Keep candidate information accurate and up to date in our internal system;
• Work closely with colleagues from our Bulgarian and Serbian teams;
• Help provide a positive and professional candidate experience.

What we're looking for

• Bulgarian language skills at B1–B2 level;
• English language skills at B2 level or higher;
• A genuine interest in recruitment and working with people;
• Previous experience in recruitment, sourcing or customer communication would be an advantage, but is not required;
• Strong communication and organizational skills;
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks;
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn;
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and confidence using online platforms;
• Availability to travel to Sofia, Bulgaria, and attend an initial two-week on-site training.
