Junior Technical Project Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Technical Project Manager to support the delivery of multiple projects and client accounts. You will work closely with senior project managers, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects and client accounts under the guidance of senior team members.
• Support workflow prioritization and escalate issues to ensure timely service delivery.
• Coordinate resources across different teams and departments.
• Assist in estimating timelines, risks, and resource requirements for project execution.
• Track and manage asset delivery from clients and third-party vendors.
• Participate in regular meetings with internal and external stakeholders to monitor progress, define next steps, and identify potential blockers.
• Provide timely updates and feedback to relevant stakeholders.
• Help troubleshoot project-related issues and support ongoing project maintenance.
• Collaborate closely with the team and management to promote efficiency, collaboration, and team wellbeing.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in project coordination or a similar role (preferred).
• Basic understanding of project management principles and tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
